When you arrive at the car park entry gate with your vehicle (at the time provided in your reservation), your licence plate will be recognized and the entry gate will open. If you leave the car park late, the excess time is charged in accordance with the fee schedule visible on the order summary page which appears before every online payment. The full fee is charged for any period started.

Early arrival and late departure

In the event of early arrival and/or late departure, you will be charged for the excess period. The excess time is charged in accordance with the fee schedule visible on the order summary page which appears before every online payment. The full fee is charged for any period started.

Special conditions applicable for the reservation

Online reservation is possible in this car park for a minimum of 12h (Onepass, excluding evening package) and up to 63 consecutive days. You can reserve a space up to 30 minutes before your arrival or schedule your reservation up to 1 year (365 days) in advance. Once paid and registered, your reservation cannot be changed.

Cancelling the reservation

If you choose the cancellation option you can cancel your reservation without providing a reason in your personal area, under My Reservations - up to 11.59 p.m. on the day before your planned arrival. 100% of the price of your reservation will be reimbursed to you within 30 days deduction made of administrative costs of € 7.00.
This cancellation option can only be exercised when pre-booking, for parking reservations of over 24 hours. The price is calculated based on the length of the parking time scheduled (1€ + 5% of the cost of the parking).
If you do not choose the cancellation option, you can cancel, at the latest, 72 hours before the planned date of arrival. In this case, the price of your reservation will be refunded to you at 50% within 30 days deduction made of administrative costs of € 7.00.
