Pokemon Go: where can you find the rare Pokemon?

  • Event

Q-Park can help you! We are listing the best Pokemon spots in Paris, Lyon, Nice and Marseille.

The search for Pokemon started a few days ago, and finding the places where you can catch them is getting easier and easier.
In the following four cities, we have listed the most interesting places to catch Pokemon, a must-do trip:
  • In Paris
In the Parc de la Villette (voted the best spot for Parisian Pokemon hunters), you can catch Abra, Chétiflor and Tadmorv, some of the rarest, as well as Rondoudou, Stari, Psykokwak, etc. This park is easily accessible, and the closest car park is the one located under the Philharmonie de Paris.

In the middle of the Jardin des Tuileries, the large octagonal pool is surrounded by pokéstops, where lures are activated, and where many Pokemon are attracted. One of the rarest, a Dreacofeu has been trapped! It is not easy to park in the middle of Paris, but the Musée du Louvre car park has an exit that leads directly onto the Jardin des Tuileries.
  • In Lyon
Lyon is a Pokemon stop, fifteen have been spotted! Pokemon are also spread out in all of the neighborhoods of the city, but it is in the Parc de la Tête d’Or that you will find the most, including the famous Pikachu. The Q-Park Brotteaux car park is located a few meters from the park; consider parking your car there and you can safely chase all of them.
  • In Nice
The highest concentration of Pokemon in Nice are on the main street of the city, Avenue Jean Médecin. Trainers have captured Carapuce, Bulbizarre, Rattata, Ponyta, Voltorbe, Evoli, etc. to add to their pokédex.

Place Garibaldi is hot, too, especially near the Musée d’Art Moderne et Contemporain, where you can find Ptitard and Krabby! Think about reserving a parking spot at Nice Notre-Dame, so you can do a tour of the heart of the city.
  • In Marseille
Near the Vieux-Port, you can find many water Pokemon! The easiest way is to simply sit on a terrace and wait to trap them. But, before you decide where you want to sit, walk by the Galeries Lafayette, it looks like Mélofée lives there. The closest Q-Park car park is located in the Vieux-Port, Pentecontore.

Near Joliette, specifically on the Terrasses du Port, your Pokemon chase will lead you to water type Pokemon when you are on the terraces and earth type when you are in the stores! If you reserve a spot, the Joliette car park is available 24/7, and you can continue your hunt whenever you want.

You should go there with your friends; these locations have numerous Pokéstops where you can activate a lure to attract the Pokemon! Small hint: if you are surrounded by 4 Pokéstops, tell your friends to activate a lure on each of them, and this will make sure you get Pokemon every minute. Second hint: activate a lucky egg, and make your evolutions when there is no Pokemon to catch, so you can move up a few levels very quickly. The Q-Park team wishes you luck with your hunt!
